The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dress, suit and tie, or dress shirt and slacks.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with a few exceptions. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those who are formally invited and included in your RSVP.

After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the ballroom for cocktail hour where hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.

All events will take place on Black Swan CC property. Our ceremony will take place in an outdoor garden area and the cocktail hour/reception will be held indoors.

There will be plenty of free parking available at Black Swan CC!

Guests can reserve a room from our hotel block at The Hampton Inn (106 Bank rd, Haverhill MA 01832). The reservation is linked in our "Need a place to stay?" section along with pricing and additional information.

Our lovely caterers can easily accommodate any dietary restrictions and allergies! Please include any info regarding meal restrictions in your RSVP questionnaire.

We will have a complimentary shuttle service for guests who are staying at the hotel! Bus schedules will be available as we get closer to the wedding date.
